My friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very nice. It was modern and very spacious. It had a large shower with great water pressure and heat. It was a very comfortable stay.

The staff could not have been more helpful. I was staying for a celebration and had a lot of baggage to bring into my room. The staff was ready with a trolley to assist and were happy to help me as I have mobility issues and could not move it all myself. Other requests during my stay were attended to very quickly and efficiently.

The Franchiser (sorry I forgot his name ) was EXCEPTIONAL. Remembered my name, was very accommodating to my needs and was just extremely friendly. My room was clean and I was checked in super early so I could drop my bags for a meeting I needed to get to. Thankyou so much for your warm welcome.

As a returning guest I always find this property welcoming. The apartments have everything I could want including washing/drying/kitchenette and a number of tramstops close by A short walk in any direction to food, shopping, eateries & sightseeing or catch a tram Accessible entry and very helpful concierge Luggage storage after checkout and early check in available. Just the thing after a flight

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was nice. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great location and access 24 hours with a swipe card (not that I needed to use it!).

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was plenty of space, and it was very quiet. The A/C worked well, and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. It also had a washing machine and a dryer which we used.

Central location, very spacious apartment, contained everything we needed for basic meal preparation, handy having secure parking available (at a cost).

The rooms were large and a great space for us. Having a kitchen and laundry was very useful as well. Great location for transport, entertainment and sight seeing. Beds were comfortable and shower was great.
